¾ cup of Whole-wheat flour
.1 cup brown sugar
2 full tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cake powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup of milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
½ cup of water.
1. Put the first group of ingredients in the mixing bowl (flour, sugar, cocoa, salt,
baking powder and baking soda)
In a separate bowl mix the ingredients of the second group, add the first group,
and mix all well until you get a uniform and smooth mass.
Heat half a cup of water and when it boils add it to the composition, and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the composition in the baking pan, and bake for
about 30 to 40 minutes.
Cut the dessert into 12 slices and serve when cool. Each slice has 200 calories, so
you can easily control the calories you take in.
