"Zalli Cake, very rich and ideal for holidays"
Ingredients:
6 vanilla pudding,
1.5 liters of milk
1 margarine
10 tablespoons sugar,
300 gr ground biscuits Sedefi
300 gr finely ground walnuts,
300 gr coconut flour,
1 chocolate for cooking
Preparation:
Mix the pudding powder with 1 glass of cold milk, and bring the rest
of the milk to a boil with the sugar.

Once the milk boils, add the puddings and mix on low heat until the cream thickens.
Remove from the heat, add the margarine and stir until the margarine
is melted.
The mass of cream with pudding is divided into three separate containers.
In one add half the grated chocolate and the ground biscuits and mix well.
In the next mass mix the coconut while in the third mix the nuts with the mass.
The layers can be placed in a circle shape 24 or 26 cm or rectangular shape
30-30 cm long.
In the first layer, place the biscuit mixture and let it cool a bit.
Then add the part with coconut and finally the part with ground nuts.
The decoration is done as desired. It can be decorated with whipped cream and
grated chocolate, with melted baking chocolate or with coconut and grated chocolate.
Preferably refrigerated before serving.
